  • BanquetEasy reserves full rights of distributing software licence.

  • The user account will be suspended without any prior notice, in case the user is found misusing the same.

  • It is mandatory for user to accept the terms and conditions before using banquet easy CRM.

  • We may ask the user to produce the valid business proof (hard copy/scanned copy) if required.

  • The account will be suspended automatically after the date of expiry, if not renewed online before or on the date of expiry.

  • The software licence are non transferrable.

  • It is mandetory for all the venue owners to submit a GSTIN certificate scanned copy (if applicable) to avail the GST tax invoice.

  • Any concern / issues related the software has to be reported to the support@banqueteasy.com, so that we can resolve and record them at our earliest.

  • We do not hold any responsibility of the data and images uploaded by the end users / banquet owners.

  • Any account using copyright material for upload, may be suspend without any prior notice.

  • We may take 48 hours to resolve an issue raised using our gravience/support ID or to escalate the same to top managment if required.

  • All the legal matters/issues are covered under Juridiction of Vasai.

  • All the patents, trademarks, registration of banquetEasy belongs to Aspiring Celebrations Pvt. Ltd.
